Founded in 2021 by Sheri Huff and John Flynn, SDH Ventures LLC began as a small, Kentucky-based real estate investment firm with a simple but disciplined mission—to transform under-utilized capital into high-performing residential and commercial assets.

From its first single-family investment in 2021, SDH Ventures methodically reinvested cash flow and equity into scalable projects. Within three years, the firm had acquired or developed 27 stabilized residential units and built a growing pipeline of value-add opportunities across Louisville, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

Recognizing the complementary role of commercial real estate in a balanced portfolio, SDH Ventures expanded into the ownership and management of two Class-B office buildings in Louisville's East End. These properties not only diversify revenue streams but also provide operational expertise in tenant relations, lease structuring, and asset repositioning.

Beyond real estate, the founders leveraged their entrepreneurial and financial backgrounds to invest in and operate a portfolio of active businesses that strengthen and diversify the firm's overall platform.
